How do I request access to ePass?
We have 2 types of permissions you can request for:
- General Role:
- Approve bookings on Current Transaction page
- Review bookings on All Transaction page
- Review Remittances page / Summary page
- Card Info Viewer Role:
- All General Role's right
- Ability to view UPC details
If you are unable to seethe ePass menu in YCS, contact our Accommodation Services Team by clicking on the blue 'Help' button and 'Contact Us' link. Please select New YCS User Access so our Support Team will know that you need help accessing ePass.
We highly recommend that the Card viewer Role be restricted to very few senior employees only, to limit fraud risk
How do I log in ePass?
1. Log in to YCS by entering your general YCS log in details.
2. Once you are logged into the YCS Extranet, you will see the ePass menu entry with 4 main functions listed

All Transactions |
This page displays all bookings created and any adjustments to payment transactions made by Agoda Finance team. The search tool covers various search criteria to see payment transaction status and details. |
Current Transactions |
This page displays all bookings which have reached their payment due date or canceled bookings (displayed immediately upon cancellation) On this page you can approve or dispute payment individually or by batch. Bookings will be displayed on this page for 150 days after their check-out date, after that they will be removed from this page and the payment will no longer be available for you to claim. Please note that refund transactions will always remain on this page until they are batched. |

Frequently Asked Questions
My property was on UPC, recently I switched payment method, do I need to request for access?
We will grant ePass access for you during the process of switching payment method. However you may submit a request for ePass access if you would like to use a different username or you would like to add more usernames.
