How to contact us via Support widget?
Submit a request via Support widget in YCS is the easiest way to raise up your questions or problems encountered. Our Agoda accommodation support is always ready to help!
You can access Support widget no matter you are logged in or logged out.
1.Go to YCS
2. Find Support button located at the bottom right corner.
3. Click Contact Us
4.Fill in the form for us to verify your property as well as to know more about your concern/issues encountered. Please fill this form right to get a quicker reply.

|Email address||Please input an email address which our team can contact you|

Choose relevant category based on the issue you encountered
|Which country is the property located?||If your property country is not in the list, please select <Your region> Other|
|Property ID||Please enter your property ID, you can find this in the top right hand of the screen.|
|What is your property name on Agoda.com?||Please enter the name of your property.|
|Booking ID||If your question relates to a booking please enter here the booking details. If multiple Booking IDs impacted, please separate by comma.|
|What phone number can we reach you on?||Please include country code as International format|
|How can we help you?||Please describe the issue and provide as much details as possible.|
|Attachments||Please attach screenshots, pictures and specific examples that could help the case|
