Reject Booking Feature
The Reject Booking feature is use when you would like to cancel the booking. You will see the function 'Cancel Booking' appear ONLY when guest fails to provide their credit card number.
The system is going to generate an automatic notification email to the customer when booking has been cancelled.
"No-Show" Feature
The no-show button will be visible by midnight the day after check-in and available for 72 hours. If a booking has been marked as no-show, the booking status will be changed to cancelled.
If the property fails to report a No-show, the function will be grayed out and the property must contact Agoda's Customer Service to report the no-show via biz@agoda.com
