How to update your rates?
It's very important to keep your price up to date. In case your property is not connected to any channel manager you can easily manage your rate in Calendar menu.
- Go to Rate & Allotment and select View
- Select Room Type and Rate Plan that you want to update
- Select the date range that you would like to adjust
- On the right side, fill in your price
- Click on Save
If your price is different for Single, Double and Full Occupancy. You can change this under the calendar page:
- Select Room Type and Rate Plan that you want to update
- Select the date range that you would like to adjust
- On the right side click Advanced
- Fill in the price for Single / Double or Full Occupancy
- Click Save
How to set minimum/maximum length of stay?
- Select Room Type and Rate Plan that you want to update
- Select the date range that you would like to adjust
- On the right side, click Advanced
- Add Min and Max stay
- Click Save
What is the minimum night for stay-through?
To help property secure better occupancy during the peak period, we have implemented Minimum Length of Stay Through. This function allows users to set a minimum length of stay by specifying the number of nights that must be booked for stays that include the restriction day (e.g. Monday) in any part of the stay date range.
What is the difference between Min LOS and Min Night for Stay-Through?
- Min LOS - applies only on the arrival date
- Min Night for Stay-Through - applies on stay period, meaning any stay date that arrives or touches this min stay through, the booking will be abided by the rules of that night to the entire stay
For example, if the property set a restriction on Friday, Jan 1st.
- Min LOS - applies only on to bookings checking-in/arriving on Fri Jan 1st.
- Min Night for Stay-Through - applies to any booking that includes Fri, Jan 1st (but not bookings checking out on Jan 1st)
How to set minimum night for stay-through ?
- Select Room Type and Rate Plan that you want to update
- Select the date range that you would like to adjust
- On the right side, click Advanced
- Add # of nights
- Click Save
- If you work with channel manager, you have to update your rates and allotments in their system. Please contact their support team in case you need any assistance.
- As per our agreement, it is your responsibility to keep our inventory up to date at all times.
