Agoda enables you to reply directly to reviews because we believe that 2-way conversations yield the best education, understanding, and trust. Your direct response to guest reviews allows you to address grievances with previous guests while showing potential guests how much you care.
To reply guest's review, please
- Go to Manage and select Reviews
- Select Reviews awaiting response tab
- Click "Respond to the review" that you would like to reply
- Fill in your response.
- Click Submit
After submit, your response will be sent to our content team for the approval. This may take up to 48 hours before either rejected or publish on our website.
